The friendliest and most caring staff EVER!!! I was referred to this practice by a coworker and must say I'm pleased that I listened. Dr. Sevilla, Mrs. Jennifer and Mrs. Brenda were all extremely kind and pleasant.
I love the dentist place they get you in and out of the office very quickly and as painless as possible!!! Dr. Conley and his staff are my favorite��
I absolutely hate going to the dentist but this place has changed my mind for good. The staff was extremely nice and very explanatory of everything. I will for sure be recommending them to everyone i know and i will be back in 3 weeks for some more work done myself :)
Have you no shame? This place tries to gouge you for your money with high pressure sales for unnecessary deep cleanings and "periodontal care" afterward which incurs out of pocket charges for routine visits. I went in for a routine cleaning and on the way out the door they told me I owed them $100 for periodontal maintenance. What a scam! I've turned them into my insurance who I hope kicks them out of the network. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!
My new smile tells you all you need to know! Dr. Hilton is an outstanding dentist! I am a BIG baby when it comes to the dentist, however, Dr. Hilton, her assistants, Geneva and Ruby, always display patience and understanding with me. And, Michelle, the dental hygienist is extremely helpful and supportive with her patients. By this is the best dental office in the world..... I think the environment is what makes me want to keep coming back..... Dr. Sevillas is the coolest dentist and he actually gives a crap about your oral health and has an awesome chair side manner!!!!! Jen is my favorite dental assistant because she can talk about anything and keep me laughing. Besides all that I guess I just really like that the don't try and sell me on anything.....there aren't a lot of places that do that now a days.
The staff and customer service are positively phenomenal, however financially this business leaves a great deal to be desired. I have not received any services for about a year and been repeatedly told I have a zero balance but continue to receive a new bill every time I pay one. Now that I'm questioning these bills no one will return my calls, which further leads me to believe there is something wrong.
