My children have been on going patients here. Had 2 appointments scheduled, call to co firm the times and was told being that I didn't reply to a text message that their appointments were moved off the schedule, per their policy. I asked when was I ever notified of such policy and where could I find this policy. I have worked in the medical office for years. Yes, you want a PT to confirm. Some just don't. The staff is super friendly. The dentist is very personable and makes you fill like family. I love this place
awesome place dr Charles Conley was excellent he made sure I had no pain and he answered all my questions before the surgical procedure. ps if you wanna have a laugh ask Jennifer to be your dental assistant. she'll remind you of Pamela adlon she's that funny.
Had to have an extraction done today and everyone I encountered was absolutely wonderful. From Danielle to Geneva to Dr. Hylton(Mayembe) & Nicole, everyone was incredible. I have horrible anxiety and no one showed any annoyance or anything of the sort whatsoever which was lovely. I would definitely recommend to anyone.
THE BEST OFFICE IN NORTH FLORIDA!! I love going here! I've been to 5 orthodontists and 2 other dentist offices here... I have to say, The Dentist Place really cares about their patients and gives you one on one care! These people always remember my name and get me in when I accidentally show up 7 hours early to my appointment and when I have a dental emergency at 4:30 on a Friday! So I am terrified of dentists. I mean I cry as soon as I walk in. I called because I had an emergency and I was in the worst pain ever. I spoke to Theresa the office manager and she got me in right away and walked me through everything. Made me feel welcomed and also calmed me down. Because as soon as walked in I cried.
