I haven’t personally met Dr. Frem but since he owns Prime Care Providers in Somerset, I feel it’s important to share my experience with the office overall. I found the environment to be very unprofessional and lacking in appropriate boundaries. There also seemed to be a lot of unprofessional behavior and poor communication among staff. One provider in particular, Ashley Barron, made me feel uncomfortable with her comments and approach. I hate having blood draws. It is very difficult to get a vein. Renal Care Consultants's nurses are amazing. They are consistently the best at their blood draws! The entire staff is personable and friendly. They really do listen to you and make sure that all questions are answered. I love that they go over everything and are happy to show you any of your results, never seeming inconvenienced or rush. Excellent care, excellent staff.
They entire team makes what I’m going through (stage 4 kidney disease) a little easier. I listen to everything they tell me to do to give myself a better chance of living longer. As you know the only cure is a kidney transplant. I wish you well! 🤗
I’ve waited a long time to post this review because I’ve had to let my anger subside. I know the decisions of Dr. Frem lead directly to my mother’s death and I will never forgive him for it. After he put her on dialysis, her health deteriorated ten fold. Her brother was recommended the same treatment and declined, he lived another 12 years with no issues. Please, get a 2nd opinion and don’t go to him for your 1st.
He is horrible and should not be able to practice medicine. He is the reason my mother died.
