if you visit this clinic, make sure you give them your correct email address, as they obviously do not confirm that it's actually the correct email address. I've been receiving appointment reminders, payment reminders, etc for months on end for someone that is obviously not me. EDIT: 4/13 all fluff, no action. Just got another bill reminder email this morning.
I see Dr Jacobs and have for along time she has literally saved my life twice when at the hospital I was getting poor care both times could have killed me but now she is putting in my record statements that are not true and degrading my diagnosis from some pretty smart doctors. I do have many very strange endocrine problems that affect my BP and this has affected my kidney function but do not appreciate her putting things in my medical record that are not true.
