I see Dr Jacobs and have for along time she has literally saved my life twice when at the hospital I was getting poor care both times could have killed me but now she is putting in my record statements that are not true and degrading my diagnosis from some pretty smart doctors. I do have many very strange endocrine problems that affect my BP and this has affected my kidney function but do not appreciate her putting things in my medical record that are not true.
