You really sent a letter requesting my Deceased father to appear in small claims court in Madison County for $87.... He's dead! Leave us alone! You charged his insurance over $100,000 in the year following his death(dialysis care). You want $87 more??? The 100k from his insurance wasn't enough???
I received worrisome test results that led to (i think) a diagnosis of CKD, but im left to assume the worst because it's going on a month without me hearing anything about my test results. I would like to hear back instead of being left out of the loop of my health and having to assume the worst
Dr. Robinson is great. She always answers my questions thoroughly. The staff is friendly as well. I highly recommend this office for patients with kidney disease.
I was a referral and I called to make my appt. It was 3:45 when I called and a lady answered. I told her I needed to an appt. she asked me to hold which I did for 25 MINUTES. When I called back I get the message they are closed at 4pm. The lady that answered the phone put me on hold til they were closed. I did not think this was funny. I gave never been so disrespected in my life. You have a lot of nerve calling yourselves "a professional company on your outgoing message
