RecommendedRenaissance Village has been the best place of residence that I've ever lived in. The maintenance staff are very timely with any repairs that need to be made. There is a Laundry Facility and a Workout Room within the premises. Residences have access to the Community Clubhouse. I like the central air. The Community Garden is tranquil and therapeutic. I applied an payed $35 application fee to be denied because of credit. What my credit has to do with me finding a nice place to stay. I have section 8 and I have a job. There stealing money period. How about telling people they credit score needs to be 650 or better instead of keep pocketing people money. I was applying for a home not a credit card!!! I never had an eviction an know complaints from where I previously stayed. Stop ripping people off!!
