I’ve got a few friends who live at Renaissance Uptown and I’ve been thinking about moving there myself for a while. Every time I visit, I’m so impressed! Great location, super nice floor plans, awesome amenities. But the biggest standout is Autumn, the property manager. She’s seriously the best. Always on top of things, super responsive, and clearly cares about the people who live there and making their experience great. You don’t see that kind of management everywhere. Highly recommend!
Living on the 3rd floor and AC will not work properly in the summer. You will never see it below 72, and sometimes it doesn't get below 77 degrees even at night. I am not looking forward to living here when its 100 degrees outside and stuck at 80 degrees inside. I have told the maintenance, and they said there is nothing they can do because we are simply on the 3rd floor and heat rises.
