Great apartment complex! My wife and I were residents for a little over a year before having to move to be closer to family for childcare. You won't find a better value downtown or in Tulsa generally. Anyone familiar with the area knows about the issues with nearby homelessness, but in my experience it does not affect the residents at all. I have been here for 3 weeks and I am wanting out of here. I would have never thought that I would pay almost 2 thousand dollars to hear someone music in my apartment. I thought this place had class This person music is so loud I can't even hear my TV just bass on top of bass. I feel like I live in a zoo. The front desk lady calls you buddy and friend a lot but in reality this woman does not like you, does not care about you, and certainly isn't your friend. She's the first to tell you she is then immediately talk behind your back. Very two-faced.
