Truly enjoyed our weekend stay here. Staff were friendly, sincere and helpful! Grounds and interior were fresh and clean. Definitely recommend!
I travel for business often, but this hotel was absolutely the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. The location is fantastic. Only downside was the valet parking option only which was either $30 or $40 a day. The valet team was great but when you travel on business you don't carry cash for tips. Otherwise, it is within a short walking distance to everything! 5 stars!
Me and my family stayed for a week. The exterior is very pretty and is right in the middle of downtown St Augustine. The rooms were nice, but the first thing we noticed when we got there was that the toilet seat was too small and completely skewed. We talked to the front desk about it and got it replaced the next day, but by the end of the trip the seat was already crooked again. It is MIDNIGHT, and the generator is STILL running!! Listen to the attached video, and you’ll understand just how unbearably loud it is! This is absolutely ridiculous and completely unacceptable! The noise has woken us up multiple times and made it impossible to get a decent night’s sleep. What kind of hotel thinks it is acceptable to conduct such noisy work in the middle of the night, with absolutely no regard for its guests? I need to thank McKenna for saving the day today. We came for a wedding this weekend and originally had booked at the City Express Marriott about 5 minutes away. We woke up around 4:30am to a thick layer of water on the floor leaking from the AC unit. I also have a mold allergy and my eyes were swollen and sinuses were extremely irritated from breathing in the mold in the room.
