I just watched the video of the hotel staff calling 911 to report a man that they perceived as homeless standing in front of their hotel. I find it disgusting. I’m fortunate enough to travel the world and stay at the finest hotels. Looking down on people that you perceive as less fortunate or well off as you are is abhorrent. The manager that called a lied on the recorded 911 call falsely stating that the man was begging for money should be terminated.

The hotel is okay but the restaurant is very limited on the menu and the service is not great
Our experience at the Renaissance St. Augustine was exceptional. The staff was very professional and friendly. The restaurant was fantastic in both the food and service We had planned to stay for one night but ended up extending our stay. We will definitely go back
