Had a very bad stay at this hotel, the rooms were very nice and clean. The staff on other hand was intense and upsetting. Most of all my car seat was messed up by valet so the ride home was awful. Valet guy with grey beard said it wasn’t his problem/he determined my seat wasn’t messed up then told me to “have a nice life”. Stayed here last year it was completely different.
Highly recommend!! My husband brings me here every winter!
Had the best experience here!! The hotel is beautiful & the service is 10/10!! McKenna at the front desk is so kind & so helpful!!! She is so awesome!!!! We will def be back because of her!!!!!
