Renaissance Care took the time to answer all of our questions and help guide us through a very difficult transition with my grandmother. It’s so tough, when you want to do the right thing for someone you love so much and the information is all conflicting and overwhelming. They took the time to help us, despite the fact she was beyond their capabilities… and to me that speaks volumes.
I can’t express how happy I am with the communication I had from calling and asking questions about a grandmother. We were very informed, and even told where to go since we were out of state. Highly recommend!
