Best hotel in Colorado! Always our first choice!!!
I have been doing a lot of travelling, globally and this my first time in Denver. I had the booking done by an agent so I really had no idea of what I would get. The first impression stay and the three young women at the reception made the entrance worthy a king. Smiling, friendly and helpful. Very smooth check in. The service from the bar and restaurant is friendly, direct and you will feel welcomed. Not that expensive, just above average but if you add the eminent service, it is well spent money. Team members on the phone were great. However, when I went to schedule a reservation for a wedding in October we were outside the cut off date for the scheduled block. Apparently the same rooms are $209 instead of the $129 wedding rate once you extend past the cutoff date. The folks on the phone asked the manager if he would be willing to extend to us the wedding rate and he declined. Plenty of rooms available.
