What an incredible stay at this Renaissance for our first trip to Austin! We chose this hotel after speaking with Beyza over the phone weeks before our arrival as she was exceptionally professional, warm, and kind. Her outstanding service truly set the tone for our visit. Great customer service, good value and a lovely bar area. Good location, not far from the Domain. Highly recommended.
Jorge at the restaurant was kind and gracious in his explanation of what "straw" is in many Spanish speaking countries, including his own country of Peru.
The renaissance was absolutely beautiful and the bellman, Kota, was very helpful. 9/10 would recommend staying here!
