This hotel is in a great location, good food and accommodations. The parking situation is a joke at best. The hotel does not own or manage the parking lot so you have to pay someone else to SELF park. When we checked in, I told the person at the desk we were self parking and it was not on my bill, but I got a 'ticket' from a company that manages the lot. We love staying here.
Came here via Resort Pass for the day. The hotel is gorgeous and the staff were great. Would sure have appreciated some form of warning that there was heavy construction going on right next to the pool area with extremely disruptive noise, that the outdoor bar was closed, and that the outdoor hot tub was not working... It was pretty disappointing when those were the three exact reasons we had bought the day passes. We will be back when this place is fully operational. I imagine it's great then!
A little oasis in the middle of a myriad of stores and conveniences. Very accommodating staff. Lovely outdoor spaces.
