Management does a poor job of communicating with potential tenants. I submitted an application and briefly spoke with Jan on the phone. He said that I would hear back from him the same day about whether I was approved for the apartment or not. I tried to call him back to follow-up on the status of my application but could not get ahold of him. Unprofessional unfortunately. Agreed to terms on apartment, reviewed application and said everything was good to go. Jan later said parking was unavailable after I had stopped searching. Since then has posted the same apartment with the option of parking. On top of being an older complex there are no amenities so service should probably be something to shoot for.
Jan the apartment manager scheduled my tour with an additional couple, and showed up late. I will not be living on any ot the companies properties now
