I am so impressed with this company. Gentleman answering the phone was so helpful. The remote I needed was no longer available but they were able to build one and ship it the same day. In 2 days I had my remote. From Oregon to PA. It was a very good experience dealing with this company

Unfortunately, it looks like that remote is no longer available from Yamaha and it doesn't appear that we have any in our stock either. My husband order a remote for his stereo so he can listen to his music while on the treadmill almost a year ago in July. Has not bee disappointed either. Right now I give them 5 stars for fast service and on time too. Thank you.
