I loved my Hitachi Soundbar and Subwoofer, but the remote was lost in a move and I thought I would have to give it up forever, but kept hanging onto them. RecommendedVery impressed with the customer service. I had ordered a replacement remote for a soundbar earlier this year. Within a few months, the remote broke (bubble-button type remote so manufacturer's fault..NOT remotes.com's fault). I sent them a message about and it sent the back. Within 2 days, I had a custom built "Redi-Remote" in the mailbox with a completely different style of button that works perfectly!
