They sent my newly refurbished remote control for my 10-year-old TV the same day I called. It arrived 2 days later and works perfectly. I am very impressed and would actually give them 10 stars!
I got a free TV from a friend but it did not come with a remote. The store no longer sold this TV anymore so I went to Google to see if I could somehow get a replacement from the manufacturer. Remotes came up with compatible remotes - 2 of 3 left in stock. I was really nervous about it somehow being the wrong item. Right out of the package the remote worked with my TV!!! Simple as that...already had batteries, already linked...awesome!

My remote came almost as soon as I hit the button. I wasn't even expecting it to arrive until next week. I was lost without my sleep timer and just got disgusted with the cheap,programmable remotes. I thought I would have to buy a new TV. You guys did a great job. I don't give 5 star reviews unless you have earned it
They always have the remotes old or new. Good company. Customer service is excellent last time I got a remote from of them. If you want a remote these are the people you want to contact......
