Everyone at Window Depot truly wanted our experience of buying windows to a good one. There was no pressure in the sales, professional, kind installers and thorough follow up. Our windows are great, they look good, are so easy to open and close and we couldn’t be happier with them!

I was impressed from the beginning with Tony, who was not the typical pushy salesman but was more “neighborly.” I would recommend Window-Depot in Rocky River for that reason alone, however, in addition Mark and his installation team were on time, and very professional in not just their process, but also did a perfect job cleaning up after the project was completed.
