I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. Dr. Remmes is really nice! The whole staff there is really nice! Even though it is a 2.5-3 hour drive from where I live, I think it is worth it. He is the BEST! If you go in early, they try to get in early. Like today, I had a appointment, and I was there half hour early, and they got me in when I got there. No one was really there so they took me in.
