They checked my braces but seemed rushed Was this provider friendly? Polite Enough Does this orthodontist offer flexible financing options? Yes, they had flexible financing options Did you feel that this orthodontist had a kid-friendly office? Somewhat, but they could have made more of an effort

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? No, no one seemed to notice I was there Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? Somewhat, it didn't smell very good Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Yes, there is a definite trend of overbooking here Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Yes, I was left alone too long Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Not really. I usually have to wait a long time

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Was this provider's staff friendly?
