Lived here for 5 years. Apartments are nice, but the management staff is extremely unprofessional and the people coming in and out of the building are suspect to say the lease. Airbnb’s are allowed so you never know who is coming in and out of the building. The mail room is also not secure and designed poorly so prepare to have your packages stolen regularly. They were giving tenants $50 off a month’s rent to leave a 5 star review recently. Probably where these recent good reviews have come from.
Great location and spacious apartments! Love the rooftop in the summer.
Been here 8 years. Awesome building, management, neighbors and neighbors!
