Edit: overall living here hasn’t been bad for the price. Been here almost 5 years. Management switched to a new parking system that lets you register yourself and guests online. Maintenance requests get fixed fast. AC works well. Old review: Got towed twice. It would be nice if someone told me to renew my parking permit when I renewed my lease. Expired permit got me towed. A week later I got towed again because I misspelled my license plate. No warning. I just come outside and my car is gone. I'm not sure who this is suppose... read more

Moved in a couple of weeks ago and they made the process very easy and trouble free. Everyone in the office was very helpful if I had questions. The apartment was clean, freshly painted, and with new carpet. You can’t beat the price for the amount of space that you get. My old place was tiny and overpriced and my two kids are loving all the room they have in their townhouse. It is def not a luxury apartment and yes the appliances and cabinets etc are old. I love the rent price and the space I think it is unbeatable in the area..the staff makes all the difference for me. The managers went above and beyond for me when they didn’t have to, so I’ll do more than one year’s lease

This could be a beautiful complex -- old oak trees and lots of green space. Unfortunately, the burned-out unit has been an eyesore for years. The entire space needs repainting and renovation. The tenants deserve better! I appreciate the poop bag stations, but the dog waste is everywhere...I'm sure the owners could afford to spruce this whole place up. There's a green space called Barwood Park nearby that could be a gorgeous greenbelt, but is currently full of tents and trash. Hoping that one day the management will take bett... read more

It’s pretty bad. The apartments in the complex are badly in need of a renovation. I’ve been here almost 4 years but it’s been bad from the start. The AC duct was leaking when I was handed the keys! Unfortunately it’s one of the more affordable apartments I can find in Austin so I keep renewing but I always regret it immediately after resigning. The ceiling seem to leak often, the cabinets look like they have been chewed by dogs, my kitchen sink never seem to drain properly and the place is badly insulated. I worked a lot my ... read more
