Bravo The St Regis Hotel – What a great week-end! Started Saturday afternoon with memorable tea experience in the lobby at the Hotel. My wife was so happy from the Spa. Fantastic food, Had Tasting Menu prepared and explained from the chef, nice selections of wines served at the Remington Restaurant. Then had a wonderfull time at the Bar, great live band!!!. The Final with wonderfull Sunday Brunch at the Remington.
Outstanding Service – I recently was a guest at the St. Regis and I have to say that it was an excellant experience. My first morning there I ordered Room Service and the attendant that took my order was very helpful and knowledgeable. My order was brought to my very quickly and just as I requested. I wanted to enjoy the Tea Lounge but when I called to make reservations the said they were booked. An Exclusive Club – I've never been much of a bar person, but after patronizing the St. Regis and the Remington Grill for a number of months, I finally wandered into the Bar, which is a separate ordeal from the dining area. The bartender, Harry, has been there for 15 years and serves with the subtle, smooth aplomb that few bartenders have anymore. Toby Joseph is an awesome chef! – Toby Joseph came over to our table and he prepared a wonderfull 5 course meal for both me and my fiance. The food was incredible and Toby not only came out to comment on every dish, but I could tell he really has a passion for cooking. I guess that is why he is chef of the year! We look forward to hiring him to do our wedding. He made my fiance's b-day very special! I am used to New York Food and this measured up on quality. Did I mention the portions were also big!
AMAZING!!! – After seeing Chef Toby Joseph on the cover of a Houston food magazine I had to try for myself. The food was outstanding as well as the atmosphere. I especially enjoyed the dancing to a live band in the adjacent bar on friday and saturday nights.
Warm, elegant and Scotch – I went here with several friends for the first time last night and we headed over to the adjacent bar. It was exactly what we wanted. Good service, great drinks and a warm atmosphere that made conversation easy.

Elegant – This elegant Restaurant is located in the traditional St. Regis Hotel. The restaurant has a serene ambience with an amazing cuisine. The seafood is so fresh it will melt in your mouth and the meat is amazing. The presentation is nice and the chef often is out visiting with the guest. Chef Toby Joseph likes to be creative and will design a meal specifically for your occassion.
