Ordered 130 bands for a family that lost their son/brother. Paid extra for priority shipping and didn’t show up till the 22 day. The website states a 10 day turnaround time. They did refund my shipping charge but I had already told the family when they would be in then had to inform them that the company lied and it would be delayed for some time more. Very embarrassing to ha e to tell a family that lost a love one to wait on their reminderband. Not very good customer service.

I had a few bands made for my dad who has a rare form of cancer in his salivary gland. Attempted to send two to my sister, but before it could reach her it was torn open by the postal service and bracelets were lost. I contacted customer service and there was no problem making just those two again. This is the best customer service I have ever encountered!
I ordered my son the 3 stripped band one back in May and it fell apart. I ordered myself 2 and they run small. There fore I can't even wear mine. I couldn't return them either.
