Horrible customer service! Product was defective and they failed to make it right. Rude and uncompassinate customer service agent named Matt. The supervisor wasn't any better. Product ordered was for a fund raiser for a cancer patient. Very disappointed to say the least.

My bracelet is about 7 years old now. Ive had it on for the entire 7 years and rarely ever took it off.. definitely great quality! The wording did mostly rub away but it still is perfect ❤️❤️ its for my daughter who had a liver transplant
