毎年のようにここ10年以上注文しています。しかも一度に１０００～１５００個だったり・・・、今年になってオーダーのシステムが少し変わって、わかりにくくなってしまって注文のミスをしましたが、チャットがつながらないのでe-mailでやりとりをしましたが、大変親切に対応してくださいました。まだ、他に何件か注文しなければならないのですが、複数のデザインを一度に注文できるシステムはないのでしょうか？以前は日本人スタッフがいたようですが・・・。言葉が不自由で、直接は難しいので、e-mailかfaxにたよるしかないですね。でも、安くて、早くて、品質がいいし、種類が多いので助かります。これからも、よろしくお願いいたします。

I made a spelling mistake when ordering my bands for a community wide project. I was devastated and decided to call just to see if I could get them fixed, the man on the phone was so helpful and understanding. He said, "he would make this problem go away and that he would re-send my bands to me." I cannot express how grateful I am to this company and how helpful they were for a mistake that I made. I appreciate it more than they will ever know!
