Mark Sontag is highly inappropriate as a doctor and a human being. He committed predatory acts against the vulnerability of not only a patient, but also a daughter. Not only were respectful limits violated with his inappropriate remarks and manipulation of physical boundaries, but the debilitating pain was not addressed properly or adequately. It is one of the BEST care I have received for my injuries Dr Sontag, John, Devin and the whole crew got me back on my feet again and learn how to cope with chronic pain.

Telephone service is bad. The person who I spoke to asked me to leave a message for another person. Hours later through the end of the day nobody called back. I understand the medical staff is excellent.

My first review was quite inaccurate and a product of miscommunication. Despite of the fact that Dr. Sontag will not be able to see me as a patient, he is still caring and continues working on me getting better. I was able to get accupuncture and a proper ankle brace and orthopedic shoes approved through workers comp. I honestly wish that I had not placed previous review.
