Be aware that HAL KELLER has no ethics as he takes it upon himself to run your name on Geo Warehouse to see what properties you own!!! This happened to me. I actually put a couple of offers on one of his listings and the next thing I know, he's telling my sales agent all the properties I own. This was irrelevant to the reasoning to HAL reaching out to my sales agent encouraging him to reach out to me to put in another offer on his listing. How did Hal get that information? I would like to personally thank the agent, Maan Al Aidani, for entering my home today completely unannounced and without an appointment or notice of any kind. Currently, I am on holidays, and if my child hadn’t of needed to be picked up from school just 10-15 minutes before, I would have been found in a most embarrassing state.
