I don’t advice you to go to this place if you are looking to rent . Victor jr is not professional at all . After he showed me the apartment and he ran a credit check , I payed $50 , and my credit score is 752 with no eviction or any other issue, he refused my application and rented the apartment to some one else . More than that he never replied on msgs or answered my calls till after couple of days to tell me that the app was rented to another one . They are just scammers.
