I trust Robbie. I have personally looked at many different properties with him. He is a great listener and that's a great quality in a realtor. He shows me the types of properties I want to see. This is a great time saver. Also, he is very knowledgeable about the market. I trust him.
Maintenance requests take weeks. It generally takes several reminder emails to accomplish anything. 1. Leaky roof: When I first moved in there was a leak in the roof that dripped water onto the fireplace mantle. Took about 6 weeks to be fixed. 2. Lawn service. Requested a trimming be completed on the trees and bushes that were overgrowing the walkways and driveway. Emails started May 1st until early June, when a new lawn guy was finally called. 3.
