I normally do not write negative reviews (and you can see that in all my google reviews), but I just had to point out that Jessica Sevell and ReMAX Achievers were very unprofessional and unethical in a recent real estate transaction. Very knowledgeable great experience
I met with Valerie Williams from this office. She offered an apartment for $2,700 a month. After going through the application process, paying the application fee, and being approved she modified the offer to $2,800 a month. After calling her out on her original offer, she changed it back to the original offer of $2,700 a month, which we accepted. She then told us she was preparing the lease. Three days later we asked for a status update and she tells us the apartment was rented to someone else. This is highly unprofessional... read more
