Absolutely delicious! I have 3 very picky teenagers who usually won't eat anything that I make for dinner! Mark heard my dismay in our workout & offered his services to my family. He prepared many healthy, yummy sides & main dishes that all 3 of my kids ate and actually LIKED! What impressed me also was that he wrote my kids a letter asking them to critique the food he prepared for them! How cool is that!?! I highly recommend that you try this service!!

Chef Mark, his lovely wife Leslie and his amazing staff recently catered by daughter's wedding for ~ 180 guests. They were fabulous. From the initial visit with Mark, to the very end, he did everything possible to accommodate every wish, contingency, etc. He was open to menu variations, changes, options..... you name it. He was ALWAYS professional, responsive to every question, friendly and overall the best service you could hope for in a caterer. Chef Mark and his team were spectacular from first contact to last goodbyes. My wife and I are not the party planning type and relied heavily on his experience. We were aiming for fancy casual. Think bow ties and mustaches.
