I just recently used Remarkable Affairs to cater our corporate lunch and I certainly recommend! Mark and his team listened to what I was looking for and were very good in assisting in menu creation. On the day of delivery they went above and beyond in both quality of food and display. We have already scheduled two additional catering orders in the coming months. I would recommend if you are looking for a company that takes pride in their product and professionalism.

A catered salad bar for over 200 employee, and they hit it out of the park! Beautiful presentation and the yummiest food! Even our non salad eaters were going back for seconds. Great job and can't wait for the next event.

We had a 'movie themed' wedding and reception at an old theater in Grapevine, TX. Chef Mark and his team work with us to provide a truly first class experience for our guests. From passed appetizers with cheese bar, to a full sit down meal featuring excellently prepared food, their attention to detail was immaculate. Hands down the most professional catering company I have ever worked with. Chef Mark is a true pro who prides himself in excellence and over the top service.
Mark, Leslie and their team were amazing. From the first step to the last, Mark took steps to ensure he explained our options and the value for the price!
