This company is taking advantage of consumers. Our tenant called them to clear a clogged toilet and after $775 in charges they were unable to make the repair and claimed that they needed to "jet" the line for an additional $1975.00! We said NO! We called another company, ***** ***** and THEY went out to the property after 5pm on the same day and they promptly and professionally cleared the drain at a total cost of $170! We are sorry to hear how disappointed you were with our service. I do appreciate the opportunity to clarify a few things and work on a resolution. The job was a main sewer line issue in a commercial building in a strip mall. The access to the main sewer line was a toilet within the building. The tenants asked us not to re seat the toilet.
