⭐ 1-Star Review Extremely Incompetent and Irresponsible Staff — Unacceptable Neglect of Patient Care! I am absolutely furious and disgusted by the shocking incompetence and irresponsibility of this medical office’s staff. I saw Dr. Matthew Pellnitz on August 10, 2026, for ongoing stomach problems. I highly recommend this clinic, especially because of Lilly at the front desk. She is incredibly responsible and truly dedicated to her work. My CT scan results kept getting delayed, but for three consecutive weeks, Lilly went out of her way to call me the day before my scheduled appointments to let me know the results weren't in yet. Thanks to her thoughtful consideration, I didn't have to waste my time making unnecessary trips. Every hospital truly needs someone like Lilly. She is an absolute asset to this team!

I had an appointment tomorrow to review bloodwork and just got a call from the clinic needing to reschedule me. I thought to myself, no worries they’ll get me in soon (since it’s not my fault)….They can’t get me in for two weeks. That’s the best they could do. So after wasting my time trying to establish care with a new PCP, going through all the intake questionnaires, etc, I’m back on my own. Urgent Care it is….

DON’T COME HERE!!!!, you can have insurance or whatever and they will charge you $50, and they put that mount in collection!
