On 20 Jan 2021, I signed up with Reliant Pest Management. My pest plan included one free year of Termite Protection Plan. But, five days later, on 25 Jan, I received an email telling me that it was time to renew the annual termite inspection for $10 dollars a month. After I complained, the company acknowledged this was a mistake. Later, a company rep came by and sprayed, but whatever the rep used seemed to be ineffective (there was no change in pest infestation).
