You can NOT rely on Reliant Peat Control.I finally gave in to a door knocker and it ended up being a bad decision. The salesman was super high pressure but promised a smooth experience and said hed get me the very best deal for everything at $40 a month. I decided to give it a shot big mistake.He told me a technician would come by the next day at 4 p.m. to treat both the inside and outside. I told him that time worked perfectly. Rude and aggressive door to door sales. Escalated to having to criminally trespass them when the sales *** refused to leave saying they were allowed to be on my private property.

They were good for a while. Last service the tech walked around the property for maybe 2 minutes then left. Didn't address the ant hills, the wasp nest, and did not spray. Sent multiple emails concerning this and was eventually told it was taken care of. Received an email telling me they were going to send me to collections. I responded with summation of the concern and that I was not paying for a service that was not provided. The company's response "Not a problem. I recently moved into my new home and day of moving a sales rep came to me to offer pest control service. I asked 2 simple questions 1. are you connected with *************** (builder)2. may I cancelled service any time without a penalty Both answers were yes after receiving services on Memorial Day. I received a call from pest control that was working with builder. I had a very great experience with reliant. This super nice college kid came to my door and was really helpful with giving me all the information I asked for. He signed me up for a year plan and assured me good service. Since then I have had no problems with any ants or spiders like I did before with **** Since then I have renewed my contract and I have really enjoyed their services

am very disappointed in the company they came by our newly bought home and had us sign up for pest control they said they were doing it for the whole neighborhood this was just a selling point no one mentioned that we were signing up for a year and that we will have to pay $100 **** every three months. we are stuck with this bill and have not been successful in our attempts to cancel this contract.

These guys use persuasive college students to sign people up. However, they have you sign a notepad saying you agree to use their services. They don't mention that you are signing a two year contract. When you find their services don't work very well, they demand you pay large amounts of money to get out of their contract.

My roomate used their service ones and they were not reliable at all. We still had ants all over the place and rescheduling with them was a disaster. Not recommend it.

I would not recommend. Reliant charged me for a yearly ant prevention called "Top Choice." I would call saying I saw ants and needed service, but their people would come without the product. One day recently I was told they do not carry top choice and have never carried that product- that they use a lesser product. They also explained that their technicians are not certified to use Top Choice or the second product.
