Excellent service and friendly staff. Worked well with me pre and post surgery.
El lugar muy bien muy limpio, algunos miembros del personal muy gentiles, pero he asistido a terapia y no he obtenido los resultados esperados y le terapista me dijo que tengo a aprender a manejar el dolor y no que el dolor me controle a mí, 😡 quien quiere tener dolor ? He hecho todo por mejorar pero con personas así que se atreven a poner en duda y decir algo así deja mucho que decir……
I had to go for two different rehabs and couldn’t have asked for better treatment. The receptionists are very helpful, and everyone was very friendly. Very thankful for Charlie helping me rehabilitate at my own pace but always making sure I had the push I need. The location is a little confusing but once you know it it’s so easy, also always very clean!
My friend came here to make an initial appointment. We grabbed a coffee real quick in the same building before going upstairs. They started towing his car. We came out to tell the guy named John, who was in charge of the reliant rehab center and towing, we were coming up soon, but grabbed a coffee first. He said if my friend goes up to make the appointment and comes back down they would let the car go. He went upstairs to make the appointment. He came back down and they towed the car anyway. Terrible business practices.
I had seen a woman named Mary for my neck. My doctor put a prescription in for me to go there for my neck. All she did was talk about my back did nothing for me with my neck . She insisted to walk behind me to go to the room she was having me go to.. once I got in the room and sat down started insulting me saying things like I noticed you walk funny doesn't look like you can carry your weight very well. Reminds you I am only 180 five to carry my weight well always have. Then said I have a barracks bump on my top of my back. ... read more
