They’ve been good to me so far, even if they’re slow and stressed. I called in a question about a medication I’d received, and the nurse on the phone laughed at me and said not to worry about side effects. Not a great experience to be laughed at by a nurse when you ask a medical question.
The place is not reliable at all. They really don’t care about you.
I don’t typically leave reviews but felt it necessary for others to know our experience. My wife is currently on her second pregnancy and since the beginning the experience with this medical group has been extremely frustrating. We were assigned/selected a doctor and have not had a single appointment with them, now coming up on 30 weeks. This is for ultrasound only. My OB appointment was great. We visited the Worcester location today for my ultrasound and unfortunately, I was really disappointed. I did arrive late, but I called ahead to check if I needed to reschedule, and when I checked in, I also mentioned that I completely understood if they needed to move my appointment.
