I don’t typically leave reviews but felt it necessary for others to know our experience. My wife is currently on her second pregnancy and since the beginning the experience with this medical group has been extremely frustrating. We were assigned/selected a doctor and have not had a single appointment with them, now coming up on 30 weeks. This is for ultrasound only. My OB appointment was great. We visited the Worcester location today for my ultrasound and unfortunately, I was really disappointed. I did arrive late, but I called ahead to check if I needed to reschedule, and when I checked in, I also mentioned that I completely understood if they needed to move my appointment. She is just wonderful! She puts you at ease and you can talk to her about anything. I wish I found her sooner.
As a new patient they cancelled on me twice it took me 6 months of trying to get an appointment with them. I just decided to go somewhere else.
