Paid out-of-pocket for a sleep study because the doctor's office messed up the insurance forms. Got prescribed a cpap machine which does exactly nothing. Required to schedule follow up doctor visits to satisfy the insurance requirements for the useless cpap machine except I'm told my doctor retired and they can't help me. Total fail.

After having Covid five times, I find myself spending a lot of time in doctor's offices these days. In the many many specialist appointments I've had this month, no experience was as pleasant as at this office. The front desk person genuinely welcomed me to the office when they found out it was my first appointment. The nurse was sincere and compassionate (plus raved about my shoes which was really fun).
