Es una clínica muy Eficiente y los Doctores excelentes yo tengo la doctora que me atiende ahi pero Justamente hoy recibí una carta de ella que se retira para siempre de la clinica estoy muy triste porque ella me atendió por muchos años muy buena Doctora. I've been with reliant since birth, 35 years, long before they ever moved to this location And let me tell you I've never experienced such disgusting behavior from anyone at this company until today. simply speaking with one of their "care" team and attempting to give them the info to answer her questions, i was accused of "screaming at her" and was hung up on. autistic people dont usually have full control over their volume but I was by no means yelling. people these days really don't want to do their jobs anymore
Awful awful place. They can't retain doctors and providers. Im on my fourth PCP since 2025. I feel bad for the people working there being late-stage-capitalism squeezed by Optum.
While it’s a quick in and quick out for appointments, the doctors are really just insurance representatives. Doctors will change medications that work and when new ones don’t they suggest it’s something you have done. Terrible customer service, they ignore you unless you actually flag someone down to ask something. Would never recommend anyone becoming a patient to here.
