I made an appointment at 13:20 on Wednesday 2/4/2026. I arrived and I was told I wasn’t in the schedule. I checked “my chart” and there was a message that the nurse would call me. That message was sent at 11:30. If you’re going to cancel my appointment with less than two hours notice, an email doesn’t suffice.

I had an MRI at the Neponset St Worcester location last week at 7 in the morning. I was greeted by Vivian and she was so upbeat and business-like; clearly explained what to expect and efficiently collected necessary insurance information. I sat down to wait to be called by the MRI technician and while waiting observed her interaction with several other patients and saw the same courtesy and helpfulness continue with each one. The Dr horsefeilds office had been completely un helpful for me and did not take any of my medical issues seriously and refused many test and treatments for me I have also had to fix my phone number with them multiple times and still could not get it right in there system do not go there they to busy for you

This company isn’t even worth the 1 star I have to give to allow for a review. Outside of the medical professionals here, the insurance and recreation red tape to be seen by you people is a joke. You can call the office when you’re sick and if it hasn’t been long enough you’re told to monitor for a week, at that point when they said they would see you again? Nope, see an emergency room. Try this treatment plan - if it doesn’t work, we’ll treat another way. That didn’t work, now what? Well, back to square one, even though it ... read more
