The employees ( KARIELYSS and ALLISON BETTS) in North 590 @ Reliant Medical Group Center @ St. Vincent Hospital are very rude, horrible, unprofessional, disrespectful, and not nice at all, it's first time in all my life I saw horrible people like them!! I set up an appointment on last May 24th at 3:40PM for my pre check, before my surgery appointment on May 31st with Dr. Najjar!! Staff takes delight in telling you they can’t help you and have to reschedule. Avoid Reliant Worcester at all costs! Switch insurances if you have to!
Reliant Orthopedic at St Vincent Hospital Avoid at all cost. Take time to get a out of network referral if needed. Staff is rude and insensitive. No return call after multiple attempts to reach Dr. If I could give zero stars I would. Some Doctors might be great but the hassle of office staff and difficulty getting in to see Dr. when needed is not worth it.
I went to the Lab in St.V's. The Reliant staff was pleasant and nice. Customer service at it finest. I was in an out within 15min. I will always use this lab facility. Thank you.
