Urology department (Reliant Medical Group) is the worst here. They do not care for patients mental health or their opinions. Very self centered surgeons and nurse practitioners. Would highly not recommend if you plan to speak for yourself as they seem to think that their opinion is more important than the patients.
You need another appointment for something we have been trying to figure out for over a year now? Yeah, we're booking about 6 months out.
We used the ear clinic services in suite 300 south. Check in was quick as insurance information etc was transferred from the PCPs office. This office is on the same level as the parking lot entrance. They offer validation of parking tickets as well. The main rotary doors didn't seem to be working properly. Treatment went very quickly.
