The waiting area is very uncomfortable, TV is loud so if you want to read a book It's not quiet. They had the AC on, it was so cold in there. No water or coffee. When having to wait 2 or more hours it's not the best. However our Doctor, Dr. Kim is a great Doctor Who is 5 stars!
