I'm a reliance costumer, heat broke down. They gave me an appointment 2 days later!! Not fast and not reliable.terrible service!
This company gave me quote of $2600 to replace the pump in our Navien tankless water heater. And that was us supplying the part since its under warranty. Any idiot can google this cost and find that it cost between $150 and $680 to replace the pump. Any idiot can get a second quote to do the job. Our first quote was $450 so needless to say, they tried to rip us off.
