Mis diagnosis on my vehicle, very similar to another customer's I'm noticing now. Apparently all I had was bad fuel causing a light to come on and misfire, and they stated coolant was spilling into engine and causing misfire?! No coolant level was ever off. Claimed the car needed a new engine, "engine was shot".
One thing I went there to get an oil change they left the oil wrench under my hood but I don't know why but I would never trust him do an oil change or anything else on my engine cuz I had to go back and I told the owner he took the thing out and never talked to the employees about doing the oil change or anything else and then the oil filter was leaking oil they left the gasket on the oil filter are there two gaskets on the oil filter so I will never go back to Alliance garage again and I would suggest nobody else will go t... read more
