I went to get a battery replacement on my 2016 Infiniti Q70 and everything was great honestly, up until I received my car. Customer service was good at the beginning and the pricing was reasonable as well. Before I got my battery replaced there was no damage to my windshield and | left with a cracked windshield. The customer service,attention to detail,fair pricing,honest expert advice, honest and ligiment needed repairs. They don't break things to have another return visit. Excellent first experience! I was scheduled to have diagnostic scanning done for intermittent error lights occurring on my Jeep. Frank was friendly, honest and informative. They scanned and reset the system and evened out the tire pressures. I was pleasantly surprised when they told me No Charge! It’s refreshing to find a mechanic shop that’s not looking to sell unnecessary repairs. They earned my trust and I will definitely return for future service needs. Highly recommend!!
