We had the unfortunate experience of a drunk driver crashing his truck through three rooms of our home. He destroyed multiple walls and a bathroom, causing extensive damage. The first company that was supposed to help us carelessly threw our surviving items into boxes, breaking many of them, and even stole our checkbook, writing themselves checks that we had to deal with in addition to everything else. This review has been a long time coming. If you're dealing with a leak, there's no one better than Tom and the team at Reliable Water Restoration of the Colony. I've used their services several times, and they are truly the best. For my recent roof leak, Tom came over and identified the water source in under a minute. He explained where the water had traveled, where it was pooling, and where the damage was. I've consistently had excellent experiences with Tom, Marcos, and the crew at Reliable Water Restoration of The Colony. My rental property has encountered various issues over the years, especially after heavy rainfall. Tom has always treated me like a valued customer and swiftly addressed the problems.
