They did a very good job repairing my Chevy Corvette transmission not long ago. I came here after driving by their business and they offered to inspect my car for free for me right then. Very honest people, and good prices too. Overall I can't complain about their repairs.
After driving my Audi A6 around from shop to shop to get their diagnosis on my car, this shop was the one that I went with for a few reasons. One, their diagnosis was free and they weren't lying about that, David had a lot of experience repairing transmissions on Audi's and knew about common faults with the transmission, he acted open and honest with me numerous times, and the price he quoted me was in the price range I could afford. I had an awesome experience here!! I dropped my BMW off here after hours for them to look at, and was so glad to have an answer back the next morning. They seemed like they were on top of things and knew what they were talking about. They even let me look at some of the damaged parts and new parts so that I could learn more about my transmission. The price and warranty fit into my budget, and overall I had a positive experience here!
I really appreciated them staying late so I could pick up my BMW 750Li, I felt bad asking but they were totally ok with it. I just feel like they were always very accommodating to me and went above normal customer service for me during my transmission repair. Really great people working here!
I was very pleased with the way I was treated here! I am very glad that I gave Reliable Transmissions my business, and was kept informed of every detail throughout the entire process. I had my Tahoe towed to this shop and 3 days later I picked it up. It has been running like new ever since, and I am very appreciative of David making this process as smooth as possible.
I called after hours and was really happy to get a hold of someone. It was a Sunday and he was able to have my car towed up to the shop. I was hearing some noises and he offered a free scan and took it for a road test. Took them a few days to finish my truck, really liked the prices to. I felt good knowing they had a good warranty and so far so good with my truck, no issues.
Really great service and my transmission has been driving awesome since I left here. It wouldn't go into gear or drive, so I had it towed to this shop with their free towing they offered. It actually was free, no hidden surprises at the end. After just a few days my car was done and the whole process was very easy.
I was recommended here by a relative and was very pleased with their service and my transmission repair. They towed my Dodge Ram in for me and called me a few hours later with an update. I was happy with how quick they were able to complete the repair and very pleased with how friendly they were. I was kept informed of every step in the process and my truck has been driving perfectly ever since.
Wayne really took care of me the transmission price was a lot lower then my other quotes. i guess because their a franchise and they buy a lot more transmissions then other companies. thank you wayne
