These guys were awesome and lifesavers!! My Ford Explorer was having all kinds off issues and I was so worried about how much these transmission repairs could cost me. Reliable really worked with me though and gave me a fair price that I could afford and were just so professional the entire time. Great people here!!
I'd definitely recommend you bring your car here if you're having transmission problems and agree with the rest of these reviews, they know what they're doing!! Transmissions are their specialties and it shows! My Acura MDX lost reverse and they were able to help me out in a timely manner and weren't too bad on my wallet either!
I wasn't really sure what was wrong with my Toyota Tundra, I've never had any major car problems before, so after my call with David and the advice and knowledge that he offered me, I really felt like this would be the shop for me. I was walked through the whole repair process from towing it in to picking it up, never once was I lied to or taken advantage of.
When my Ford F150 wouldn't go into reverse I had a feeling that this was going to cost me huge. I use it every day it's my work truck, so I called some shops on the weekend and I was so glad this shop answered the phone and could actually have my truck towed over for me that day too. First thing Monday I had a phone call with a diagnostics and really felt good about giving them my business. Thanks!!

My experience here was definitely above what I've experienced in the past with other shops, and in a very good way. They had a very professional and knowledgeable attitude throughout the entire process, and I really appreciated that!
I've got to say, I really felt like the guys at Reliable Transmissions went above what was expected. I was only free to drive my truck over to their shop on my lunch break and they offered to drive me back to work without me even having to ask. I was able to get set up with a rental car company which they offered a discount for, and only needed it for a few days while my trucks transmission was being rebuilt. David the manager was so helpful when I had some questions about the way my transmission was shifting on my Lexus ES and since I had never had a transmission issue before I was new to this. David went over a few of the common issues with my transmission and gave me a pretty good idea what I would be looking at for a price. I felt pretty good about the price and really appreciated the customer service that I got at this shop so it was an easy decision to get my transmission repaired here.
Having a transmission repair can be expensive, but Reliable Transmissions actually had the lowest transmission repair price out of the 4 companies I went to! Not only that, David was by far the friendlies to me, and showed the most knowledge when it came to a transmission rebuild for my Honda Accord. I gave him the go ahead to repair my transmission and I had it back in a fairly timely manner too!
