I had a new Metal roof put on 1 house and some metal panel and all the screws replaced on another. They were reliable, friendly and completed on time. I recommend.
Not as reliable as the name lets you believe. Had a flat roof installed in the fall of 23. Early this spring I began to notice my soffit rotting rapidly. Upon further inspection I realized when they met the flat roof with the pitched roof that did not appropriately seal the edge allowing water to leak in for the past year and a half and swell and destroy the base wood on the roof (sorry I don't know the property) q anyhow after having to reach out to them several times and never actually getting a call back. well don't use this company! they have terrible customer service and our roof leaked after the the first hard rain and they refused to service and repair it and warranty the contract. It took 5 months to complete a very small preventative area and my husband had to call and SHOW up to their office and demand someone come to complete the job. We have filed a complaint with the better business bureau and contacted the mississippi board of contractors as well as spoke with a attorney. save yourself alot of 😔 grief and STAY AWA... read more
This company is untrustworthy and unreliable and not professional with communication. Their employees are not qualified to issue recommendations for estimates given. Communication with "Dan" supervisor and "Tiffany " office personnel is rude and condescending and exist when dealing with female home owners. Non English speaking employees and no English speaking forman to communicate with. Notification to authorities ongoing to see if workers are documented. Bunch of jokers came to my house and took alot of pictures unrelated. Wasted 2 hours. Never heard from them again. They asked alot of questions about our occupancy patterns and took pictures of the contents of the house. Very suspicious group. I remember your owner from Zeta now that I think about it.
