Run! Run! Run! His mouth is super reckless after he gets your money. He sent someone from nj to do my roof and never even came out to see the messed up job they did even after roof began to leak. The roof is super loose and causing damage to my stucco. He was hired to replace skylight as well but never even mentioned after he messed up my roof. Paid over $6,000 for my roof to be done in September 2021. They left my work incomplete and also left my old downspout hanging in my back yard. Finally fixed it today. Great work but the professionalism in promptness when completing the job was a bit lacking. It shouldn't have taken this long to finish after they were paid in September 2021.
See a few one and two star reviews and I’m baffled. Then I read Larry’s response (by the way most business owners just ignore the negative complaints) and he provides a detailed and rational response. I LIKE that so I gave him a call. Nice guy, asked my needs, provided an estimate and no hard sell. All within a day. I received 3 quotes and he was not the cheapest however he was more thorough and easier to communicate with. Contacted Reliable Roofing via their website June 31 to repair my downspout and roof.They messaged back 7/1 to inquire what the address was and completely ghosted. Sad thing is a client of theirs had actually recommended them.
