My pharmacy referred me to Reliable because there was a problem getting the drug my husband needed. In the course of processing someone with a name that sounded like Jay, a pharmacy technician, called the referring pharmacist stupid and was incredibly rude. She hung up on my regular pharmacist. Since the medication was for IV and would be injected, she could have ordered 2 10 ml doses for each time or 1 20ml bottle. Reliable pharmacy is the best. every month I use to struggle to find a pharmacy that had my medication. reliable pharmacy always has my medication and ready with in minutes. The staff is great. Mina always takes care of any insurance problems and calls my doctors office for refills. I really think they are the best that's why i don't mind driving the extra mile.
Fred Naziri and Alison Davis have been my pharmacist for over 20 years. He and all his staff are the best at what they do. They all are very professional, and care about all their patients. They all treat me like family, and actually care about me, and my health, and make sure I am taken care of from the time I walk in. Reliable Pharmacy is excellent in every aspect and is far superior to the chain pharmacies. It's very well managed, I am never kept waiting and they always have my meds in stock. The staff is friendly, professional, and always courteous ... I am very grateful that I can rely on them!
