Very disappointing! Movers actually took items from home without homeowner's permission and refuse to return them! Would not recommend using. Also, mover claimed it was his "second day on the job" in order to excuse his lack of "knowhow", but I later found out he had been with the company for several months. Would recommend using a different moving company.
